CEO AND DIRECTOR
José is a Mining Engineer from Universidad Politécnica in Spain (M.Sc.), has a Master in Mineral Economics from the University of Queensland (M. Philosophy) and a Master in Global Leadership by the World Economic Forum (WEF). His international experience includes tenures at Anglo American (Los Bronces Copper, Chile), Inmet Mining (Las Cruces Copper, Spain), and BHP (Yandi Iron Ore. Australia), where he was Mine Superintendent. After that, he worked as Senior Mining Engineer for GHD Australia, providing consulting services on bauxite, copper, coal and gold.
José subsequently became Associate Director of Mining and Metals at the World Economic Forum's Global Leadership Fellows Program in Geneva. In 2014, he was one of the founding partners of Mining Sense Consulting, a firm providing services to mining companies internationally. In 2016, he joined MMTP, the mining company that gave origin to Latitude Silver.
Konstantin has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and tax, TSX-V and CSE compliance, IPO/RTO processes and dual listings. He has extensive exposure to Latin American mining projects at different stages of development, in countries like Mexico, Chile and Colombia.
A Chartered Accountant in BC and Canada (CPA, CGA) as well as the United Kingdom (ACCA), Konstantin earned a BBA from Pforzheim University in Germany. He is Managing Director of a boutique corporate finance firm specialized in financial advisory, valuation and M&A services, and he also acts as CFO and Director for numerous publicly-traded and private corporations.

Sebastian has a BSc in Business Administration and Management from the Zurich Institute of Business Education - CEIBS, and his experience in the investment business spans more than a decade. As Co-Founder of MMTP, Latitude’s predecessor company, Sebastian was instrumental in the acquisition of the Recuperada asset and led the company’s financial planning and execution.
Prior to that, he was involved in different roles related to mining and commodity trading in Peru, mostly in precious metals. Sebastian also served as a member of the Strategic Advisory Committee of Affinity Gold Corp, where he was in charge of business development, project evaluation and financing models in Central and South America, with a strong focus on sustainability.
COO AND PERU GENERAL MANAGER
Freddy is a Mining Engineer with a degree from Peru’s PUCP. He is an MBA graduate from ESAN and has a M. Sc. Mining Engineering from National University of Engineering (UNI). He led the modernization process at Austria Duvaz as the company’s General Manager. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations of Glencore in Bolivia where he managed six mining sites. He was also Corporate Operations Manager and Peru General Manager for Hochschild’s Minera Ares.
He also had the opportunity of managing the strategic growth and new projects as Operations Manager for both Volcan and SIMSA. Other tenures include Grupo Minero Chungar, Milpo (NEXA), and also for 13 years he worked at Centromín Peru, where he was General Superintendent at the Cobriza Mine. He began his career at INGEMMET in the Rock Mechanics Department.
